Information about Webproduction

The following Terms and Conditions details the relationship between WebSolution and the client regarding the authoring/publishing of web pages, hosting and all other services offered.

Web page Design Services

1. The term 'pages' refers to 'www', 'Web' or 'home' pages specifically authored for the World Wide Web as accessed through the Internet or other computer networks capable of providing access to the World Wide Web.
   
2. The term 'placement' refers to the placing of pages in a 'Web server' directory such that the pages are publicly accessible and possess a unique Uniform Resource Locator (URL) address.
   
3. We reservee the right not to place or suspend current placements if the materials fail to meet the terms and conditions detailed here, even if ordered and paid for.
   
4. We reserves the right to append a hyperlink to WebSolutionhomepage at the very end of the ³home page² we have created.
5. All pages will include the version number and placement date in hidden text, or in visible text at the end of each page at the client's request.
6. Clients are required to ensure that the content of their pages meets all the current US legislation regarding publications. The client shall further indemnify us in respect of any claims, costs or expenses that may arise from any material included in their pages authored or placed on their behalf by us.
